Nice round-up, some of these are definitely new to me. I’ve become a huge fan of “Web Designer Wall”, very slick.
I just came across “Design Float” via analytics and it has become a new addiction. It is like Digg for the design community.

Twitter Blocks is awesome. Those guys at Stamen Design do great work.
